Key Responsibilities
• Teach primary-level students effectively according to the school's academic curriculum and learning objectives.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate daily lessons.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, activities, and assessments.
• Develop students' foundational skills in English, Mathematics, Hindi, Science, Environmental Studies, General Knowledge, and other relevant subjects.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, safe, and encouraging classroom environment.
• Identify individual learning needs and provide additional support to students who require extra attention.
• Monitor students' academic progress and maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and development.
• Conduct regular tests, classwork, homework, and other forms of assessment.
• Encourage students to participate in sports, yoga, cultural activities, creative activities, and other co-curricular programs.
• Develop students' communication skills, confidence, discipline, teamwork, cleanliness, and good habits.
• Communicate professionally with parents/guardians regarding students' progress and areas requiring improvement.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
• Participate in school meetings, teacher training, events, and community-oriented activities.
• Maintain classroom materials and ensure responsible use of school resources.
• Support the school's broader mission of providing quality education to children from underserved backgrounds.
• Act as a positive role model for students through professional conduct, punctuality, integrity, and respectful behavior.
• Perform other teaching and school-related responsibilities assigned by the school management. Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
• 8–12 years of relevant primary school teaching experience.
• Recognized Primary Teaching Certification / qualification.
• Proven experience teaching children at the primary-school level.
• Solid classroom-management and lesson-planning skills.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Must be locally based in Vrindavan / nearby areas of Uttar Pradesh or be able to reliably commute to the school.
• Comfortable working with children from diverse and economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
• Strong sense of responsibility, patience, empathy, and commitment to children's education.
• Willingness to work as part of a small, collaborative school team. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a rural, semi-rural, low-income, or community-focused school.
• Experience teaching multiple primary-level subjects.
• Experience with activity-based, child-centred, or experiential learning.
• Familiarity with foundational literacy and numeracy development.
• Experience organizing extracurricular, sports, yoga, cultural, or community activities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital educational resources.

• प्रतिदिन की कक्षाओं के लिए उचित एवं रुचिकर Lesson Plans तैयार करना।
• विद्यार्थियों के स्तर के अनुसार वर्कशीट, अभ्यास, गतिविधियां, गृहकार्य और मूल्यांकन तैयार करना।
• हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, गणित, पर्यावरण अध्ययन, सामान्य ज्ञान तथा अन्य प्राथमिक स्तर के विषयों को प्रभावी ढंग से पढ़ाना।
• कक्षा में अनुशासित, सुरक्षित, सकारात्मक एवं बच्चों के अनुकूल वातावरण बनाए रखना।
• कमजोर विद्यार्थियों की पहचान कर उन्हें अतिरिक्त शैक्षणिक सहायता प्रदान करना।
• विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति, परीक्षा, कक्षा कार्य, गृहकार्य एवं शैक्षणिक प्रगति का उचित रिकॉर्ड रखना।
• नियमित टेस्ट एवं अन्य मूल्यांकन गतिविधियां आयोजित करना।

• दो-पहिया वाहन होना अनिवार्य है।
• वैध Driving Licence होना आवश्यक है।
• वृंदावन या आसपास के क्षेत्र में स्थानीय रूप से रहना अनिवार्य / अत्यधिक वांछनीय है, ताकि विद्यालय तक नियमित एवं समय पर पहुंच सुनिश्चित हो सके।
• बच्चों के साथ धैर्य, संवेदनशीलता और जिम्मेदारी के साथ काम करने की क्षमता।

• कमजोर विद्यार्थियों के लिए Remedial Teaching का अनुभव।
• खेल, योग, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम या अन्य सह-पाठ्यक्रम गतिविधियों के आयोजन का अनुभव।
