The Lead Analyst, Finance Process Optimization, will support the Finance Forward transformation program by developing, testing, and implementing proofs of concept and process improvement solutions identified through Finance process discovery activities.

Working closely with the Finance Process Optimization team, Finance SMEs, and technology partners, this role will transform process improvement opportunities into working prototypes and scalable solutions. The individual will leverage a broad technical toolkit including AI/GenAI, Python, automation platforms, analytics tools, office scripts, and advanced Excel to drive efficiency, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort across Finance processes.

This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys building solutions,



experimenting with current technologies, and rapidly translating business requirements into practical outcomes. Success in this role requires strong technical execution skills, curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for process improvement.
