Role: Lead Python Full Stack Developer

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days a Week)

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- 4+ years of experience building production-grade web applications using Next.js/React and strong Type Script skills.
- Robust Python expertise with extensive experience in REST API frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and advanced SQL optimization techniques.
- Strong system design experience.
- Ability to understand ambiguous business requirements, define solution approaches, and deliver production-ready features independently.
- Senior-level ownership, decision-making, and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including SQL, warehouses, and performance/cost optimization.
- Experience integrating BI tools such as Thought Spot, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience with geospatial and mapping libraries such as Mapbox GL JS, CARTO, or similar technologies
