Overview:-

We are seeking a highly skilled Net Suite ERP Developer (C12) to join our Finance Technology organization and contribute to the design, development, integration, and support of Oracle Net Suite solutions supporting critical financial and operational processes.

The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and compliant Net Suite solutions while partnering closely with Finance, Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Net Suite Development & Solution Design

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom solutions within Oracle Net Suite ERP using Suite Script technologies.
- Build and support Client Scripts, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, Suitelets, and RESTlets.
- Develop custom workflows, records, forms, fields, sublists, and business process automations using Suite Flow and Suite Builder.
- Create and maintain advanced saved searches, Suite Analytics workbooks, dashboards, financial reports, and custom PDF/HTML templates.
- Deliver solutions supporting One World environments, including multi-subsidiary and multi-currency operations.

Integration & Enterprise Applications

- Design and implement integrations between Net Suite and enterprise platforms using REST and SOAP web services.
- Develop and support interfaces with systems such as CRM platforms, payment gateways, HR systems, middleware platforms, and enterprise data repositories.
- Build scalable and reliable data synchronization processes, ETL workflows, and financial data migration solutions.
- Implement monitoring, logging, exception handling, and recovery mechanisms for business-critical integrations.

Governance & Controls

- Support development lifecycle activities using Suite Cloud Development Framework (SDF), source control, and CI/CD deployment practices.
- Ensure adherence to Citi technology standards, security requirements, audit controls, and regulatory expectations.
- Participate in code reviews and establish best practices for code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
- Manage Net Suite governance limits, execution performance, and system scalability.

Collaboration & Production Support

- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives.
- Provide advanced production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Assess and support Net Suite bi-annual release upgrades and platform changes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience with at least 4 years of hands-on Oracle Net Suite development experience.
- Solid expertise in Suite Script and Net Suite customization frameworks.
- Experience developing RESTlets, Suitelets, Suite Talk integrations, and web service APIs.
- Strong programming experience with Java Script, Type Script, , JSON, XML,



HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Suite Flow, Suite Builder, Suite Analytics, saved searches, and advanced reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge of SuiteQL, SQL, relational database concepts, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical and integration issues in enterprise environments.

- Prior experience supporting One World implementations.
- Experience with integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, Mule Soft, or Celigo.
- Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Fin Tech, or other regulated industries.
- Understanding of audit controls, SOX compliance, role-based security, and segregation of duties principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
