We are looking for a Quality Analyst who can help us build and execute Sorsiri’s marketing engine across content, campaigns, social media, growth initiatives, and community.

Role Overview

As a Technical QA Intern, you will help ensure that Sorsiri's products work reliably, intuitively, and as intended before they reach our users.

You will test new features, identify bugs, validate product workflows, document issues clearly, and work closely with developers and product teams to get issues resolved.

This is a hands-on role where you will get exposure to the complete product development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and testing features to release validation and post-release monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Feature Testing

- Test new features and product releases across web applications
- Understand product requirements and convert them into test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Test complete user journeys across different product workflows
- Verify that features work as defined in product requirements

Bug Identification & Reporting

- Identify, reproduce, and document bugs clearly
- Create detailed bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected behaviour, and actual behaviour
- Capture relevant screenshots, videos, logs, or other supporting information




- Work with developers to validate fixes
- Retest resolved issues before marking them complete

Technical QA

- Test APIs and integrations where required
- Validate frontend and backend behaviour
- Perform basic API testing using tools such as Postman
- Check data flow between different parts of the application
- Identify edge cases and unexpected system behaviour
- Perform basic cross-browser and responsive testing

AI & Product Testing Since Sorsiri is an AI-native product, you will also help test AI-powered workflows.

You may be involved in:

- Testing AI-generated content and responses
- Identifying inconsistent, incorrect, or unexpected AI behaviour
- Testing different inputs and edge cases
- Validating whether AI outputs follow defined product requirements
- Reporting issues related to prompts, workflows, context, or output quality

Release & Quality Assurance

- Participate in pre-release testing
- Conduct regression testing before major releases
- Maintain test cases and QA documentation
- Support product teams during feature launches
- Help identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve product quality

What We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Solid attention to detail
- Good logical and analytical thinking
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and think through edge cases
- Willingness to learn technical QA practices and tools




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of
