Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and control entire refinery operations during the shift.
- Monitor process parameters and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate operations for various edible oils like soya, palm, and sunflower based on production schedules.
- Manage shift manpower, including operators, helpers, and technicians.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP, and hygiene practices.
- Conduct shift-wise handovers with proper documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and utility teams for smooth plant functioning.
- Identify and report equipment abnormalities, process deviations, or potential breakdowns.




- Ensure safety compliance and actively participate in audits and safety meetings.
- Maintain logbooks, shift reports, and downtime records accurately.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant productivity and efficiency.
