Title: SCOM Administration

Total Years of Experience: 4 years to 7 years

Location: Coimbatore

Role: SCOM Engineer – L2 / B2

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Microsoft SCOM infrastructure and Management Packs.
- Perform advanced alert analysis, correlation, and root-cause identification.
- Tune thresholds, rules, monitors, and overrides to reduce alert noise.
- Handle incidents, problems, and changes independently.
- Integrate SCOM with ITSM tools, CMDBs, and other monitoring platforms.




- Create and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and operational reports.
- Guide and mentor L1 SCOM engineers. [RE: Open positions | Outlook]

Required Skills

- Hands-on Microsoft SCOM administration

- Windows Server and SQL Server monitoring
