Role Description The Robotics Hardware Developer will design, prototype, and refine educational hardware projects and kits that use platforms such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi for K–12 learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and testing circuits, selecting and integrating components, preparing hardware documentation, and ensuring robustness and safety of all designs. The role involves close collaboration with educators and curriculum designers to align hardware solutions with learning objectives, as well as providing technical support during classroom deployments and bootcamps.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad,



and requires regular presence in labs and classrooms to support implementation and improvement of hardware projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Hardware Development and practical experience building robotics or embedded systems.
- Proficiency in Circuit Design and Electronics for low-voltage, classroom-safe projects.
- Applied knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles, including basic safety and standards.
- Experience or familiarity with Power Electronics, such as power supply design and motor control in small-scale systems.
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and common sensors, actuators, and communication modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-experts, including educators and students.
- Comfort working on-site in a lab or classroom setting and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in educational robotics, STEM outreach, or product development for learning environments is a plus.
