Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and oversee the company's end-to-end logistics and transportation operations. The candidate will be responsible for strategic logistics planning, transporter management, cost optimisation and operational efficiency while ensuring timely and reliable movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end logistics, transportation and dispatch operations.
- Develop logistics strategies and ensure efficient vehicle deployment and delivery planning.
- Manage transporters and logistics vendors, including rate negotiations and cost optimisation.
- Monitor logistics budgets, operational performance and delivery KPIs.
- Ensure proper transportation documentation and regulatory compliance, including LR and E-way Bills.




- Lead the logistics team and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and logistics cost reduction.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation Management.
- Proven experience in independently managing logistics operations and leading teams.
- Strong expertise in transporter management, freight negotiations and cost control.
- Good understanding of dispatch operations and transportation documentation.
- Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and logistics MIS.
- Fluency in Hindi and Tamil will be preferred.
