Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join an SAP S/4HANA transformation project for one of our pharmaceutical clients.

In this role, you will focus on designing, configuring, and optimizing transportation and logistics processes within SAP TM. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams to support end-to-end transportation planning, execution, and integration with other SAP modules in an international pharmaceutical environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end transportation management processes within SAP TM.
- Configure and optimize SAP TM solutions supporting transportation planning, freight management, and execution.
- Support freight order management, transportation scheduling, carrier selection, and freight settlement processes.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules, particularly SD, MM, and EWM.
- Identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and develop appropriate functional solutions.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solution designs.
- Support testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of SAP TM solutions.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and configuration documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM), including configuration and implementation.
- Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end transportation and logistics processes.
- Strong understanding of transportation planning,



freight order management, carrier selection, and freight execution.
- Experience with freight settlement and transportation cost management processes.
- Good understanding of integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules, particularly SD, MM, and EWM.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or rollout projects.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Experience conducting workshops, preparing functional specifications, and supporting testing and deployment activities.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
