Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly detail -oriented
and analytical IT Executive to join our offshore operations team. This role is
not a traditional IT support position. It is a business -critical operations
role that focuses on system configuration, reporting, ERP support, and data
management to enable smooth day -to -day business functioning.
>

Key Responsibilities:
>

• Prepare, manage, and distribute
management reports using Power BI and Excel.
>

• Maintain and update business web portals,
including item data, pricing, catalogues, and user access.
>

• Perform ERP -related activities such as
bulk amendments, order releases, item creation, and system error resolution
(Navision experience is a strong advantage).
>

• Investigate and resolve operational
tickets and system -related queries.
>

• Coordinate with the UK stakeholders
through meetings and calls.
>

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and




documentation of all system changes.
>

• Provide basic end -user system support and
troubleshooting using fundamental networking knowledge.
>

Requirements

Skills & Experience Required:
>

• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard
development skills.
>

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot
tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
>

• Experience working on ERP systems
(Navision experience preferred).
>

• Basic networking knowledge and ability to
troubleshoot end -user system issues.
>

• Excellent spoken and written English
communication skills.
>

• Ability to participate in meetings and
calls with UK stakeholders.
