Summary:

We are looking for a C Developer to design and optimize mid-frequency trading systems. This role involves working with real-time data, optimizing execution algorithms, and building scalable, low- latency frameworks. Passion for financial markets are a big plus.

Responsibilities:

The position holder shall be responsible for:

- Design and develop effective, scalable trading software for mid-frequency strategies.
- Optimize execution algorithms to minimize slippage and market impact.
- Work closely with quants to implement and refine trading strategies. • Process and analyze large-scale real-time and historical data efficiently.
- Ensure system stability, reliability, and failover mechanisms.
- Debug and troubleshoot production trading environments.

Knowledge, Competency and Skills requirement:

- Strong C programming skills with a focus on low-latency and high-performance computing.
- Expertise in data structures, algorithms, multi-threading, and concurrency.
- Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven architecture.




- Understanding of market microstructure and execution strategies.
- Ability to work in high-impact situations and solve complex problems.
- Flexibility to work independently and as a part of the team.
- Strong quantitative aptitude and high EQ.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in managing real-time data processing systems.
- Knowledge of low latency design.
- Understanding security principles and best practices in software development.
- Knowledge of Linux systems.
