Job Summary

We are looking for a Payment Posting Executive with 1-4years of experience in US Healthcare RCM. The candidate will be responsible for accurately posting insurance and patient payments, reconciling payment records, and handling payment discrepancies.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system.
- Handle Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Explanation of Advantages (EOB).
- Process Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and manual payment postings.
- Reconcile payments against bank deposits and remittance details.
- Identify and report payment discrepancies, denials, and underpayments.
- Handle contractual adjustments, write-offs, and necessary corrections.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all payment transactions.
- Coordinate with AR and Denial Management teams to resolve payment-related issues.




- Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing.
- Hands-on experience in Payment Posting.
- Knowledge of ERA, EOB, EFT, and manual posting.
- Understanding of insurance payments and contractual adjustments.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Experience with US Healthcare billing software and EHR/EMR systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
