We are looking for a Series B D2C health and wellness startup with ~$77M raised and projected revenue of INR 700–750 Cr (FY25), is hiring a Member of Technical Staff.

The role involves building AI-driven agents to automate workflows in areas like Supply Chain, New Product Development, Finance, or Category, in partnership with a PM and functional teams. This is an opportunity to work on 0-to-1 projects in a fast-growing, multi-brand D2C business.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand workflows with the PM and current team members.
- Build agents and integrate them with data, tools, and business systems.
- Test real scenarios, fix failures, and ensure human oversight when needed.
- Launch agents, maintain reliability, and improve their performance.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 5–8 years in B2B SaaS engineering OR 3–5 years in AI/ML engineering.
- Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs, AI agents, or agentic workflows.




- Strong experience with Python or TypeScript, APIs, databases, and backend integrations.
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production applications.
- Experience integrating LLMs with external tools, business systems, or APIs to automate workflows.

Positive to Have

- Experience building AI or SaaS products from scratch in startups. •
- Experience automating Supply Chain, NPD, Finance, Category, or enterprise operations.
