A. Preventive Maintenance

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance of injection moulding machines.
- Inspect hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, and pipelines.
- Check lubrication systems, filters, cooling systems, and oil levels.
- Inspect electrical panels, contactors, relays, sensors, and wiring.
- Ensure proper functioning of heaters, thermocouples, and temperature controllers.
- Maintain maintenance checklists and records.

B. Breakdown Maintenance
- Attend machine breakdowns and troubleshoot faults.
- Identify hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic problems.
- Reduce machine downtime through quick corrective actions.
- Repair or replace faulty components.
- Ensure machines are restored safely and efficiently.

C. Hydraulic & Mechanical Maintenance
- Maintain hydraulic pumps, directional control valves, pressure valves, and cylinders.
- Inspect tie bars, toggle mechanisms, guide bushes, and clamping units.




- Check screw and barrel-related mechanical systems.
- Inspect gearboxes, bearings, couplings, and motors.
- Monitor hydraulic oil contamination and leakage.

D. Electrical & Control Systems
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and machine control panel issues.
- Check servo motors, drives, VFDs, and feedback systems.
- Inspect limit switches, proximity sensors, and safety interlocks.
- Maintain temperature controllers and heating systems.

E. Utility & Auxiliary Equipment
- Maintain:

- Chillers
- Cooling towers
- Air compressors
- Material dryers
- Hopper loaders
- Granulators
- Mould temperature controllers
- Cooling water pumps

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
