Role Description The Lead Dotnet Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable .NET applications that support client and internal business needs. This full-time remote role includes leading the technical implementation of new features, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software architecture and object-oriented design. The individual will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to translate requirements into robust, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Additional responsibilities include mentoring team members, participating in technical planning,



troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with the ability to design clean, modular, and maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience with Software Development using .NET Core, including building and deploying scalable applications.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC for developing web applications and APIs, with a focus on performance, security, and usability.
- Experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and guiding technical decisions and best practices.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and SQL/relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern CI/CD practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and agile development methodologies is beneficial.
