Job Summary

Byte Crest Technologies is seeking a motivated and technically inclined IT Executive to join its team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting. Freshers with good technical understanding and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to employees and assist with day-to-day IT operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network-related issues.
- Assist with system updates, software installations, and maintenance.
- Monitor internet connectivity and troubleshoot basic LAN/Wi-Fi issues.
- Maintain IT inventory, equipment records, and technical documentation.
- Assist with data backup and basic system security practices.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.




- Understanding of Windows operating systems and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of computer networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration.
- Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with printers, scanners, and other office peripherals.
- Basic understanding of antivirus, system security, and data backup.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Candidates with basic IT support or hardware troubleshooting knowledge are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with team members.
