Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our digital marketing team, manage day-to-day activities, and guide team members, including interns and digital marketing executives. The candidate should have strong digital marketing knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure quality work and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and guide the digital marketing team, including interns and executives.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Train and mentor junior team members and help them improve their skills.
- Plan and manage SEO, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content marketing activities.
- Review team performance and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Manage client projects and coordinate with team members.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to improve client results.




- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and support the team's skilled growth.

Required Skills
- 6-7 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
- Good team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to train, guide, and mentor junior employees and interns.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Malyalam languagae fluency is mandatory.
