Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.

Location : Bhopal

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, LAN and connectivity-related issues.
- Provide support for MS Office, Outlook, Teams and other business applications.
- Manage user accounts, password resets and access-related issues in Active Directory.
- Handle desktop/laptop imaging, formatting, software installation and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN and remote connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and update asset allocation records.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests within SLA.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting and resolutions.

Required Skills




- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Hands-on experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Knowledge of printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Helpdesk / End User Support.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
