Peak Potentia is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our growing team!

We are seeking a dependable, organised, and customer-focused professional who can manage daily operations, communicate effectively with parents and students, and ensure a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage parent and student enquiries, concerns, and follow-ups.

Oversee customer service operations and maintain service quality.

Coordinate with academic mentors and internal teams.

Manage student onboarding, class scheduling, and service-related communication.

Maintain CRM records and track enquiries and conversions.

Handle escalations and resolve issues professionally.

Prepare regular reports and monitor team performance.

Who We’re Looking For





Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; BBA/B.Com preferred.

3–6 years of relevant experience in customer service, client relations, or operations.

Prior experience in education, EdTech, or academic services is an advantage.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools and AI tools like Chatgpt

Strong organisational skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
