? Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of build versioning, packaging, and dependency management strategies.
- Define and establish standards for code quality, security scanning, and automated testing integration.
- Design reference architectures for development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automation patterns.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement Shift-Left Security and DevSecOps practices.
- Guide the implementation of A/B testing and feature flagging architectures.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities and AI-powered DevOps tools to improve development productivity, automation, code quality, and deployment efficiency.
- Explore and implement AI-assisted code analysis, intelligent testing, pipeline optimization, and automation wherever applicable.




- Drive continuous improvement across SDLC processes, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows.

? Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, PaaS, Git, and CI/CD practices.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps methodologies, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security scanning tools such as Veracode and SonarQube.
- Solid experience with build tools, package management, and artifact repositories.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform and ARM Templates.
- Good understanding of cloud security, DevSecOps, and automated testing frameworks.
- AI/ML experience or exposure to AI-powered development tools, Generative AI, intelligent automation, or AI-driven DevOps practices is preferred.
