Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Wafer Flow Wrap Machine Operators to operate high-speed horizontal packaging machines for individual wafer and chocolate-coated wafer products.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate high-speed horizontal flow wrap packaging machines.
Set and monitor film tracking, forming box, sealing jaws, cutting mechanism and registration settings.
Ensure correct pack length, sealing quality, print registration and package appearance.
Monitor product feeding, pack alignment, rejection systems and machine speed.
Troubleshoot film breakage, sealing defects, misfeeds, empty packs and cutting issues.
Perform changeovers for different product sizes, pack formats and packaging films.
Conduct routine machine cleaning, inspection and basic preventive maintenance.
Maintain packing efficiency, material consumption, rejection and wastage records.
Follow packaging quality standards, GMP, food safety and safety procedures.
