Role & Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate (B. Com, BBA) and postgraduate (MBA) students in Management & Commerce, specializing in:
General Management
Accounting
Finance
HR
Marketing
Commerce
Design, update, and develop curriculum and course materials for relevant subjects.
Engage in academic planning and contribute to the development of current courses or programs.
Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, academic committees, and policy formulation.
Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary academic and research projects.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ph.D.from a recognized university.
3 to 8 years of teaching experience
Solid subject knowledge and foundational understanding of core management concepts.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates holding a Ph.D. are required.
