Role & responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, debit notes, and other financial documents.
Handle GST compliance, including GST returns, input tax credit reconciliation, and e-invoicing, wherever applicable.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets.
Monitor outstanding payments from customers and follow up on overdue receivables.




Maintain accurate inventory and stock-related financial records in coordination with the stores and sales teams.
Ensure proper documentation and accounting of stock purchases, sales, returns, and adjustments.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.
Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation regulations, and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records for audits and future reference.
