Responsibilities
Review and analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for repair and rehabilitation projects.
Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors and compare commercial offers.
Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions within deadlines.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments for tender-related clarifications.
Conduct rate analysis and prepare project budgets.
Evaluate project risks and identify cost-saving prospects.
Maintain tender documentation, records, and bid history.
Assist the project execution team with cost analysis and budget monitoring after project award.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
