Roles and Responsibility
Lead the development and implementation of AI engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions using AI and machine learning.
Design and implement data models, algorithms, and software architectures to solve complex business problems.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of AI, ML, and deep learning concepts, including natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.




Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and relevant frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Robust problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
