Key Responsibilities
Developing BIM models for complete electrical services.
Developing families for electrical fixtures and devices.
Modelling Power & lighting layout as per design documents.
Coordinating with Architects and Structural Engineers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Preparing in office shop drawings and bill of quantities.
Preparation of drawings in Revit.1
Preparing details of electrical design and load schedule.

Requirements to Apply
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in electrical design and BIM modeling within the AEC industry.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and electrical design tools.
Knowledge of electrical load calculations, standards, and best practices for power and lighting systems.
Experience in creating Revit families for electrical devices and fixtures.
Familiarity with local authority standards and coordination protocols.
Robust organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
