Role & responsibilities
Oversee nursing operations and ensure quality patient care.
Supervise nursing staff and manage duty rosters.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, clinical protocols, and infection control.
Monitor nursing audits, documentation, and patient safety.
Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments.
Manage staff training, performance, and manpower planning.
Handle patient complaints and ensure smooth nursing operations.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing; GNM as per hospital criteria.
812 years of nursing experience, preferably in a multispecialty hospital.
Experience in nursing administration and team management.
Valid State Nursing Council registration.
Knowledge of NABH standards, infection control, and patient safety.
Robust leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
