Job Summary

We are looking for a QA/QC MEP Engineer to ensure that all MEP installation works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect MEP installation works, including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems, as applicable to the project.
Review approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Inspection & Test Reports (ITRs), checklists, and quality records.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site execution teams for inspections and approvals.
Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Verify materials against approved material submittals and ensure proper storage and handling.




Monitor testing and commissioning activities and verify test reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable IS, NBC, IEC, NFPA, and other relevant standards, as specified in the project.
Assist in preparing quality documentation, snag lists, and final handover dossiers.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of MEP installation standards, drawings, and inspection procedures.
Familiarity with QA/QC documentation, ITPs, method statements, and NCR management.
Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Valuable communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.

Preferred Experience

Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure MEP projects, preferably in an MEP contracting company.
