Job Summary

We are looking for a BOQ & Estimation Engineer responsible for preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material estimations, quantity take-offs, and project cost calculations. The candidate should have a valuable understanding of engineering and architectural drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D models.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material estimation for projects.
Analyse architectural drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D models to calculate material requirements.
Estimate quantities and costs for aluminium sheets, MS structures, facade systems, and related materials.
Prepare project costing sheets, estimation reports, and material consumption calculations.
Understand technical specifications and identify material requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for drawing clarifications and estimation-related requirements.




Ensure accuracy in quantity calculations, material costs, and BOQ documentation.
Support tender preparation and quotation development.

Required Skills
Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and material estimation.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings.
Knowledge of aluminium sheets, MS structures, facade systems, and costing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SolidWorks will be an added advantage.
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in BOQ and estimation.
Candidates from Building Materials, Aluminium, Facade, Fabrication, or Construction industries will be preferred.
Valuable attention to detail and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
