CANDIDATE PROFILE
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
8–12 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in plastic packaging, extrusion and thermoforming industries.
Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience in managing industrial utilities and maintenance teams.
Positive troubleshooting, planning and leadership skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize downtime.
Handle maintenance of extrusion and thermoforming machines.
Manage plant utilities, including air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, electrical systems and HVAC.
Lead the maintenance team, technicians and electricians.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Manage critical spare parts, inventory and maintenance costs.
Identify recurring breakdowns, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with machine manufacturers and external service providers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
