Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and manpower services.
Research and identify companies with active hiring requirements across India and international markets.
Find companies looking to empanel recruitment agencies, staffing partners and manpower vendors.
Identify and approach key decision-makers including HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Managers, Procurement Managers and Business Heads.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, company websites, job portals, industry databases, networking and other available platforms.
Conduct market research to identify companies expanding operations, opening recent projects,



increasing workforce requirements or undertaking large-scale recruitment.
Promote Jesseena's recruitment services to potential corporate clients.
Arrange and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
Prepare and send company profiles, proposals, service presentations and follow-up communications.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain skilled client relationships.
Support recruitment vendor registration and empanelment processes with corporate organisations.
