Roles and Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for credit card products and services.
Analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet customer needs through requirement analysis.
Create user stories, BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document) cards to document requirements.
Ensure effective communication of requirements to development teams for successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed records of requirements, specifications, and other relevant documents.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Job Requirements :
Solid understanding of credit card domain knowledge, including payment systems, fraud detection, and risk management.
Proficiency in creating explicit and concise documents such as BRD/FRD cards from user stories.
Experience with requirement analysis, gathering, and documentation.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
