Roles &
Responsibilities:-
Own branch revenue, P&L;, admissions, conversions, and learner experience while driving operational efficiency and profitability.
Oversee the admission process, learner onboarding, and batch allocation to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor batch performance, attendance, engagement, academic outcomes, and learner satisfaction.
Coordinate with the placement team to support learner placements and build solid alumni relationships for retention and referrals.
Manage day-to-day branch operations, compliance, infrastructure, and team performance while resolving learner and employee concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile:-
Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in any discipline with strong business acumen and a brief understanding of branch operations.
Strong understanding of P&L;, revenue, and cost management, with experience in driving admissions,



business growth, and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
