We are looking for a responsible, organised, and people-oriented Client Operations Executive to join our team at a mental health and wellness firm.

The candidate will be responsible for managing client enquiries, coordinating appointments, maintaining client records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to interact with clients in a friendly, empathetic, and confidential manner.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Coordinate and schedule appointments between clients and mental health professionals.
Follow up with clients regarding appointments, sessions, and service requirements.
Maintain accurate client records, appointment schedules, and operational databases.
Assist clients with service-related queries and provide necessary information.
Coordinate with psychologists, counsellors, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.




Manage appointment confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Ensure client information and records are handled with strict confidentiality.
Support daily administrative and operational activities.
Maintain a positive and professional client experience.

Requirements
Any bachelor's degree.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle clients with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a mental health and wellness environment.

Salary & Advantages
