We are hiring for a client, an intimate, chef-led restaurant in Pune. This is not a regular hospitality job . It is a small, craft-driven team where your ideas count.

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Reports to: The founder

What you’ll do
Lead the team and run smooth, high-standard service
Handle reservations, pre-orders and guest communication
Run the brand’s socials (stories, reels, DMs, community) in coordination with the chef
Work with the chef daily on prep, timing and special requests
Look after inventory, vendors and daily billing

Who we’re looking for
2+ years in hospitality, social media, events or brand roles
Strong at managing people and multitasking
Dependable:



you show up, answer calls and follow through
Comfortable with Instagram, with valuable English and Hindi
Curious about food. No chef background needed, as we’ll train you.
Minimum 6-month commitment
