Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Location: Amravati, Maharashtra

Salary Package: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Postgraduate (PG) mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
Communication Skills: Soft-spoken, polite, and professional communication.
Technical Skills: Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and customer data management.

Roles & Responsibilities
Meta Lead Calling: Handle leads generated through Facebook and Instagram campaigns and ensure timely follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Complaint Handling:



Manage customer complaints efficiently and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
Measurement Coordination: Handle customer measurement-related queries and coordinate measurement scheduling with the concerned team.
Data Management: Maintain customer records, calling reports, and follow-up details in MS Excel.
Lead Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential customers to improve conversion rates.
Customer Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
