Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC & VMC Supervisor to manage daily production activities, supervise machine operators, monitor production targets, and ensure product quality. The candidate should have robust knowledge of CNC/VMC machining processes and production planning.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily CNC and VMC machine operations.
Allocate work to machine operators as per production requirements.
Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion.
Ensure quality standards are maintained during machining operations.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Monitor machine performance and reduce production downtime.
Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance departments.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor rejection, rework, and production efficiency.




Ensure operators follow safety rules and 5S practices.
Maintain daily production reports and shift-wise records.
Support continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of CNC and VMC machining operations.
Knowledge of production planning and control.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Understanding of cutting tools, tooling, and machining processes.
Knowledge of quality inspection procedures.
Manpower handling and team management skills.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement.
Basic computer and reporting skills.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: As per company requirement.
Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering.
