Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, consultations, and consistent follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant learning programs.
Drive enrollments through transparent communication, counselling, objection handling, and relationship building.
Manage the complete lead journey from initial interaction through conversion and enrollment.
Achieve individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced startup workplace.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.

Requirements
Candidates should have strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, along with convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
