Crane Operator (Construction Site) Location: Bangalore Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Operate cranes safely for lifting, shifting and positioning construction materials and equipment.
Handle lifting operations involving reinforcement steel, shuttering materials, scaffolding and heavy equipment.
Coordinate with site engineers, riggers and signalmen for protected lifting operations.
Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and maintain equipment checklists and logbooks.
Ensure lifting operations comply with approved load capacities, lifting plans and site safety procedures.
Monitor crane condition and report mechanical defects or maintenance requirements.
Ensure proper use of lifting accessories, slings, hooks and safety devices.
Follow all site safety regulations and instructions.

Requirements
Valid crane operator licence/certification applicable to the equipment.
Experience operating tower cranes or mobile cranes, as applicable.
Knowledge of load charts, lifting procedures and safety standards.
Physically fit, responsible and safety-conscious.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
