Role & responsibilities
Manage overall plant and production line maintenance activities.
Ensure preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machinery.
Handle line management and ensure smooth functioning of production lines.
Plan and manage maintenance manpower, shift deployment and team productivity.
Monitor machine performance, equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Co-ordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, checklists and technical documentation.
Plan and coordinate internal, external and customer audits related to maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis and cost optimization initiatives.




Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile
B.E/ B. Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
6 - 10 years of experience in plant maintenance within a manufacturing setup.
Robust hands-on experience in machine maintenance, production line management and manpower handling.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis and equipment reliability.
Experience in maintenance documentation, audits and safety compliance.
Robust leadership, troubleshooting and team management skills.
