SSCL/10th Standard/Grade score - 70% & above in single attempt
HSC/12th standard/Grade score - 70% & above in single attempt
Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) any discipline - 70% Aggregate or CGPA 7.0 & above, no history of arrears (1st attempt clearing of all the subjects in each semester)

Interview process
Aptitude, logical reasoning and basic technical knowledge (To assess Analytical/Engineering fundamentals/ Quantitative skills)
Group discussion for general/subject oriented topic (To assess teamwork/ Communication/ Listening skills)
Final interview (Physical interview along with HR on technical/Attitude/Behaviors/overall fit for Job)

Job Description - Graduate Engineering Trainee
Understand fundamentals of Production planning, Material planning and Inventory management
Gain exposure to Bill Of Material, Material Requirement Planning, Production Planning and Inventory-control concepts




Monitor the production schedule adherence & discuss wherever necessary
Develop working knowledge of ERP systems preferred SAP
Learn and understand manufacturing processes, production flow, Shipment execution, stakeholder collaboration
Monitor key planning indicators such as On Time Delivery, Inventory Turn, Revenue
