Job Summary

Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, and web notifications.

Responsibilities
Create high-quality content and persuasive copy for campaigns, landing pages, app notifications, and promotional creatives.
Manage and execute campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, and Netcore.
Build user journeys, segmentation, funnels, and lifecycle campaigns to improve conversion and retention.
Coordinate with design, product, and tech teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and journeys to improve campaign effectiveness.
Maintain brand tone and consistency across all digital communication.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
