Handle inward material receipts and verify materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and supplier invoices.
Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) accurately in the inventory management system.
Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for material inspection and quality clearance.
Verify item codes, descriptions, quantities, and other relevant details before GRN entry.
Identify and report material shortages, excess quantities, damages, and discrepancies.
Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, QC, and other departments to resolve inward-related issues.
Ensure timely GRN processing and maintain proper documentation for all inward transactions.
Update inward records in the WMS/ERP system and maintain accurate inventory data.




Maintain proper filing and traceability of inward documents.
Follow warehouse SOPs and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Any degree or diploma is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in warehouse inward operations and GRN processing.
Working knowledge of inventory management systems or WMS/ERP software.
Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
Valuable communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to manage multiple inward transactions and meet processing timelines.
