Event operations manager will be responsible for :
Plan and oversee event operations, production schedules, logistics, and execution.
Understand event and wedding production requirements, including décor scopes and moodboard concepts.
Coordinate with clients, venues, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless execution.
Supervise in office operations, technical setups, manpower, and event execution.
Manage daily workshop operations, administration, and workforce coordination.
Oversee equipment, transportation, materials, budgets, and resource allocation.
Generate and follow up on corporate and production-related enquiries.
Maintain operational trackers, schedules, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Handle operational challenges, event dismantling, material returns,



and post-event reporting.

Required Qualifications &

Experience
Graduate in Event Management / Operations Management or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in event operations, production management, or event execution.
Experience in handling weddings, corporate events, and large-scale productions will be preferred.
Solid understanding of event production, décor requirements, technical setups, and logistics.
Knowledge of inventory management, workshop operations, vendor coordination, and resource planning.
