Job Title: L2 Lead – Endpoint Security & Malware Protection

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced L2 Lead to manage endpoint security and malware protection operations, with solid expertise in CrowdStrike or other EDR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage endpoint security platforms.
Handle L2 security incidents, alert triage and escalation.
Manage antivirus, EDR installation, updates and troubleshooting.
Perform malware investigation and containment.
Handle patching, upgrades and agent troubleshooting.
Maintain ServiceNow tickets, SOPs and RCA documentation.
Coordinate with L3 and other security teams.

Microsoft Defender & Antivirus
SIEM (Splunk) / SOAR
ServiceNow & DataDog
Windows OS
PowerShell or Python scripting
Incident, Problem & Change Management

Preferred Certifications:
CrowdStrike Falcon Administrator
Microsoft SC-200
CompTIA Security+

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
