Key Skills:
Robust hands-on experience in OpenShift deployments and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Argo CD and GitOps deployments.
Robust experience in Dynatrace monitoring and Dynatrace Query Language (DQL).
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) components.
Experience in API monitoring, performance measurements and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of basic log monitoring and error analysis.
Basic frontend/backend application knowledge with the ability to debug errors and trace issues to the code level.
Robust experience in L1/L2 Production Support and incident management.
Good troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Note: Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Argo CD and Dynatrace with DQL is mandatory.
