We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our field sales team. The role involves meeting property owners, acquiring properties, conducting site visits, assisting buyers, and closing property deals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Meet property owners and customers.
Conduct property visits and assist buyers.
Explain property details, pricing, and NoBroker services.
Negotiate and close property deals.
Generate and onboard property listings.
Maintain customer details and updates in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility:
Diploma or Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Bike and valid Driving Licence mandatory.
Smartphone required.
Positive communication skills in English and any one regional language.
