Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Perform Budget vs Actual and variance analysis.
Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
Analyze P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and EBITDA.
Monitor revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability.
Support monthly financial closing and reporting.
Prepare financial models and business performance dashboards.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks.
Coordinate with business teams for budget and forecast inputs.

Skills
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
Robust knowledge of accounting and financial statements.
Understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
Positive analytical and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Power BI / SAP / Oracle is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
CA / CA Inter qualified.
1–2 years of experience in FP&A;, Financial Reporting, MIS, or Financial Analysis.
Robust understanding of financial planning and business finance.
