Required Experience: 2 - 10 Years

We are looking for skilled and passionate Software Engineers / Full Stack Developers with hands-on coding expertise in Java or .NET, strong AWS experience, and a good understanding of AI-assisted engineering and intelligent agent development.

The ideal candidate should have experience in building scalable platforms, reusable services, APIs, SDKs, and self-service tools, along with a robust understanding of up-to-date software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable software applications using Java or .NET technologies.
Build reusable services, APIs, SDKs, and self-service developer tools.
Design and develop robust backend, frontend, or full-stack solutions.
Leverage AWS cloud services for application development and deployment.
Work on AI-assisted engineering, intelligent agent development, and LLM-based workflows.




Apply prompt engineering and context engineering techniques.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, continuous testing, and quality gates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills
Hands-on coding experience in Java or .NET.
Strong experience in Full Stack, Backend, or Frontend Development.
Good experience with AWS Cloud Services.
Good understanding of AI/Artificial Intelligence concepts.
Exposure to AI-assisted engineering and intelligent agent development.
Understanding of LLM workflows, Prompt Engineering, and Context Engineering.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, continuous testing, and quality gates.
Robust communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates must be available to join immediately or within 15 days.
Bangalore location is mandatory.
Hybrid work model with mandatory WFO on Wednesday and Thursday.
